The Language program is more than reading and writing. The curriculum is organized into four strands:
1. Oral Communication
2. Reading
3. Writing
4. Media Literacy
Similar to the Mathematics program, all strands are related to each other. Reading will help you become a stronger writer and communicator.
In addition to this, what you learn in the language program is applicable to other subject areas. For example, you will practice your reading, writing, and communication skills in the Science and Mathematics program.
